Abstract: the reliability and vibration performance test of vibratory rollers have been done in the test field to ensure that the vibratory roller meet the quality requirement. At present, the indoor test stand for vibratory roller has not yet been studied at home and abroad. This paper designs the indoor test stand for vibratory roller and makes simulation analysis by the numerical model of vibration-drum and test stand. The vibration isolation system of test stand is determined as a function of the test stand mass (m2), the stiffness of rubber tire (k1) and the stiffness of the vibration isolation block (k2). The test results showed that the vibration drum-test stand model can account for the vibration isolation system.

Abstract: Because of PASSIM 12K cigarette machine improper design, equipment parts wear and tear, and aging sound-absorbing material, unit will generate a lot of noise when running. Through analysis noise spectrum characteristics of main suction cabinet, determine the characteristics of broadband noise spectrum, complete the design of vibration isolation system. And after transforming, measure noise spectrum value of main suction cabinet from 86dB to 76.5 dB

Abstract: The circular probable error is a little larger in the ground dynamic navigation test of the laser gyroscope Strap down inertial navigation system, so a better vibration damping system needs to be designed for SINS with laser gyro. Through analysis for the model of the vibration and the old vibration damping system, a new system of the double free degree be bring forwarded to reduce the response of random vibration on inertial navigation system. During the design, considering the installing plate is part of the vibration damping system and reckoning the inner space of the tactical missile carefully , using the finite element dynamic optimization method, a satisfactory installing plate and a damper with better dynamic characteristics is designed, then through ground vibration experiment and the designed of repetition parameter optimization, now the new vibration damping system can work effectively and the effect of vibration absorbing has achieved the requirement, it can be applied to the aircraft.

Abstract: Since the circle error probability (CEP) of the laser gyroscope inertial navigation system (INS) based on a certain weapon control system is a little larger in ground dynamic navigation test, an effective vibration-damping system has been designed. Data processing for the vibration experiments’ results and normal mode analysis show that the resonance frequency of the original mounting board is near the mechanical dither frequency of the laser gyroscope, which can lead to a larger mounting board response at the mechanical dither frequency. This is the main reason for the larger navigation error. A stiffer mounting board was designed, and another mounting bracket with better dynamic characteristics was developed. Ground vibration experiments and navigation simulation for laser gyroscope show that the new vibration isolation system can feed the desired requirements.

Abstract: The fundamental condition of the sufficient vibration-isolation is that all natural frequencies of a system are placed outside the interval of exciting frequencies. By the application of a gyroscopic stabilizer depend some natural frequencies on the gyroscope impulse moment. There is described how to reach the fundamental condition by the help of sufficient magnitude of gyroscopes impulse moment.

Abstract: The interaction between ion beam and biological cells has been studied to apply ionbeam- induced mutation to breeding of crops and gene transfer in cells. Formation of micro-craters has been observed after ion bombardment of plant cells and they are suspected to act as pathways for exogenous macromolecule transfer in the cells. A technique of in-situ atomic force microscopy (AFM) in the ion beam line is being developed to observe ion bombardment effects on cell surface morphology during ion bombardment. A commercial AFM is designed to place inside the target chamber of the bioengineering ion beam line at Chiang Mai University. In order to allow the ion beam to properly bombard the sample without the risk of damaging the scanning tip and affecting normal operation of AFM, geometrical factors have been calculated for tilting the AFM with 35 degree from the normal. In order to avoid vibrations from external sources, mechanical designs have been done for a vibration isolation system. Construction and installation of the in-situ AFM facility to the beam line have been completed and are reported in details.
