Abstract: In order to further strengthen the management of open laboratory in colleges and universities and improve the utilization rate of equipments, we design and develop a kind of laboratory management system based on embedded video and campus card. Among it, the video monitoring module combines with the embedded technology, image processing technology, internet communication technology and so on, which is used to achieve real-time display and remote video monitoring in the laboratory; campus card is used to implement the student identity authentication, laboratory access control and power supply management.

Abstract: Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) theory is developed nearly a dozen years which is focused on building integrated transportation system, its success will inevitably have a fundamental change in the way the current traffic works. ITS is a large complex system, with integrated multidisciplinary knowledge to implement. The paper explores a new way of integrating big data insights with automated and assisted processes related to ITS. We show how innovation from China Si Chuan Province Traffic Management Bureau under our big data implementation to improve their business performance. With the new big data algorithm, we could predict drivers' behavior, and ultimately understand which factors are influencing the most. The architecture and implementation is thoroughly introduced in the paper, and we point out the future extension in the end.

Abstract: A new visualized fiber fence alarm system was put forward in this paper, which was used Sagnac interferometric sensor of optical fiber fence on the surrounding invasion of signal detection and positioning, and sent alarm information and video monitoring system linkage, in order that the monitoring equipment switch to intrusion scene view timely. Finally the video record the intrusion events. This visualized alarm system makes full use of advantages of optical fiber detection and video surveillance, which improved the level of intelligence of security system and the security performance of the system.

Abstract: In order to improve the traceability and the tracking precision of fast moving targets on its own, a intelligent video monitoring solution is proposed. Sound source localization technology was adopted to realize quick positioning for dynamic target. Three-frame-difference method was given to detect the moving object , then the obtained target center parameters were used as the control signals of PTZ control system to drive the camera to trace the moving target for real-time tracking and monitoring. Experiments and simulations show that the control schemes can completely satisfy the requirement of monitoring.

Abstract: To solve the difficulty of traditional video monitoring system in system upgrade and expansion, an solution of embedded video monitoring system based on DaVinci technology was put forward in this paper. By building the monitoring platform by DM6437 and DSP/BIOS in the solution, TVP5151 was used for receiving video signal in PAL/NTSC formats, and an JPEG Baseline Profile Encoder was integrated for video encoding, and the 10/100M Ethernet transmission function was realized based on NDK. Finally, the system is tested and the result shows that the system can capture and transmit D1 format signal in 25f/s and met the real-time requirement. At the same time, the system is easy to use and expand with a bright application prospect.

Abstract: This paper designs a embedded video monitoring system based on ARM processor Ep9315 and TMS320DM642, and using embedded Linux operating system. In the system, video capturing module uses the video decoder TW2814. In order to capture better data, the control of TW2814 is needed. Through the imitation of I2C bus, the driver provide the application with the function of the setting of capturing parameters such as hue, color saturation, contrast and brightness, and the check of video losing.

The constitution, monitoring scope and main functions including image surveillance, alarm, data storage and processing, security protection and network management etc., were designed. The key technologies involved, such as image recognition, data compression, remote transmission and monitoring and so on, were analyzed. The target technical indicators were put forward.
