Abstract: According to Vision Indonesia, data on people with eye diseases in Indonesia in 2018-2019 were 3 million people or about 1.5% of the total population. So far, public information or knowledge about the recognition of eye disease disorders is still lacking. The problem in this study is how to educate the public about the introduction of eye diseases based on information on symptoms of the disease and how to apply the web-based Artificial Neural Network (ANN) algorithm for the introduction of eye diseases. The ANN algorithm in the eye disease recognition education system can conclude knowledge even though it does not have certainty and takes it into account sequentially so that the process is faster. In terms of educational content about eye disease recognition, this is a novelty to use. This research aims to create an educational system for introducing eye diseases based on information on symptoms of the disease and applying a web-based Artificial Neural Network (ANN) algorithm for the recognition of eye diseases. The method used is the Artificial Neural Network algorithm method. The work of ANN in the education system for the introduction of eye diseases is to make parameters of eye disease symptoms or indicators that will produce the type of eye disease. The research material used is data on types of eye diseases and symptoms of each type of eye disease. The research results are to create an education system that can help the public recognise eye diseases based on the symptoms of these eye diseases that can be run on a web platform. The Artificial Neural Network (ANN) algorithm can manage input analysis data from disease indicators and show the initial results of eye diseases that can be detected. suffered by someone based on Training Results Weights and Bias v11= 1.6769, v01= 0.4356, w11= -1.5233, w01= 0.3242. Based on white box testing, the test results are free from logical errors. The results of this study indicate that the use of the ANN algorithm for eye disease recognition shows accurate results based on eye disease symptom data.

Abstract: The formulation and solution of the problem of double-T section rolling in universal groove using the variational principle of minimum total power with aim to determine integral forming and energy-power parameters are presented. Geometrical model of the deformation zone and the kinematically admissible velocity field were constructed accurate within two unknowns: forward slip coefficient ν, flange spread (pulling-down) . The comparison of the calculated values with the experimental data obtained on a laboratory mill 200 confirmed that the variational principle of minimum total power has sufficient accuracy for analysis of double-T section rolling in universal groove. The mean statistical error of torque calculation is 12.3 % while load calculation is 18.7 %.

Abstract: Based on application the physical constraint equations of state of stress and strain of the metal for the isotropic medium, we get expressions for components of stress tensor. The new theoretical method for calculation of contact pressures and rolling force during rolling of double-T section in a universal beam groove was developed. Reliability of the method is confirmed by the results of experimental verification for conditions of rolling of H-beam No 35B1, 40K2 and 45B2 from steel 15CrSiNiCu on the universal beam mill of "NTMK". The average calculation error is 6.4%. The new method is recommended for calculation pass design and technological modes of H-beam rolling on rail-beam and section mills, equipped with universal stands.

Abstract: Based on the application of variational principle of minimum total power and statistical generalization production experience procedure for the calculation of roll pass design and process-dependent parameters of double-T section rolling on universal rail-beam mill was developed.With the procedure developed, a computer simulation of rolling of the I-beam 35B2 was performed. It has been shown that the proposed procedure for calculating the calibrations rolls for the I-beam rolling in universal calibers ensures that the effective strain of the profile elements is distributed evenly.The study was made within the project, part of state job in the field of scientific activity No 11.1369.2014/K dated 18.07.2014 (State registration number: 114122470051).

Abstract: The groundwater management information system is based on up-to-date Java web technologies and the architecture of system deployment. The system has been implemented using mature lightweight SSH (Struts, Spring, Hibernate) frameworks, and the physical hardware deployment mode has been thoroughly described. Built upon the solid foundation of J2EE architecture, the groundwater management information system presents some promising features, such as cross-platform, extension-oriented, easy maintenances, loosing couple but strong cohesion component, module reusable, etc.

Abstract: In the modern industrial areas, monitoring technology combined with Internet is very popular by enterprises and research workers. In this paper, the remote monitoring system based on Internet technology has been studied, PLC control and operation of the terminal as the site is used, collected field data through the PC and the web server, analog data to achieve a live remote users in real-time viewing and real-time control of field devices, through collection of data transmitted over the Internet. Specific monitoring system architecture is studied in detail in this article, and specific design.
