Abstract: Using mobile cloud technology, local application resources can move into the cloud computing resource pool in the form of web services. The web services discovery and execution processes in the mobile environment are considered as a very difficult challenge. Moreover, these processes may degrade network performance due to the mobile environment. To overcome these issues, we present a new approach for better discovery, selection, execution, and negotiation of OWL-S services by utilizing a multi-agent system in mobile cloud computing. By using the Multi-Agent System (mobile agent and fixed agent), these processes are made with the minimum utilization of resources because the mobile agents migrate to targeted services and interact locally with them. Moreover, the use of mobile agent overcomes the problems related to the mobile environment and wireless devices. Besides, it automatizes the discovery, selection, execution, and negotiation of OWL-S services. The obtained results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed system. Moreover, we conclude that the mobile agent is a good solution to eliminate the problem of wireless devices and the mobile environment, and reduced the execution time of service discovery and invocation. Also, the finding indicates that cloud computing is a good solution to eliminate the problem of storage and execution in mobile devices. Besides, the context-aware provides a more accurate service selection.

Abstract: Developing useful apps has never been an easy task. Although modern mobile phones/tablets have more and more computation power, it is still not possible to treat them as real computers. Hence, many apps rely on external components to provide services. However, this complicates the development of apps. Unlike students in the computer science department, information management students do not have equally solid programming background. App development related courses have a more rigid learning curve for them. In this paper, APPRush, a platform for developing usable apps and for learning app design skills, is proposed. Both students and ordinary app developers can benefit from the resulting platform.

Abstract: The paper by analyzing the existence current situation of multiple independent information systems for maritime departments, proposes can use the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) for the AIS information sharing to do theoretical direction and functional design, in order to solve information island phenomenon of data exchange difficulty between maritime each independent information system. Based on SOA AIS information sharing adopts software engineering method based on service oriented theory, encapsulates AIS data distribution function module as Web service, achieves conveniently called by desktop, mobile phone and so on many kinds of client cross platform, cross platform, cross language, and has the ability to publish the service aggregation integrated with other server GIS service.

Abstract: With 3D Prototype model as its core, collaborative development platform is a closed loop information system focus on the process lifecycle management of requirements analysis、 product design、process design、frock design 、manufacturing execution as well as logistics integrated supporting, issues of system architecture、 information integration and fine-grained access control strategy of collaborative development platform are key research contents in this paper. firstly, a distributed system architecture of collaborative development platform is introduced to achieve flexibility、integration and interoperability. Then information integration solution between collaborative development platform and other information systems based on web service is defined and investigated, an implementation process between enterprise collaborative development platform and enterprise resource planning (ERP) via ontology and web services is presented to demonstrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed information integration solution. Finally, fuzzy trustworthiness-involved role based access control strategy (FT-RBACS) is proposed for collaborative development platform, its formalization expression and numerical algorithm are developed to implement fine-grained authorization management and access control for collaborative development platform.

Adding semantic information to the input-output message of web services provides us a method to implement web service composition automatically. After researching on existing algorithms for web service composition, this article proposed a QoS-oriented web service composition algorithm based on graph search with semantic information.

Abstract: In order to utilize the geological archive in Anshan, this paper analyzes the functions of management system, designs the scientific data model for the backend enterprise database and the system's architecture. The target system uses Web services as basic components to implement the spatial data analysis and property computing and shows the result in a browse or desktop application. The information system can perform the comprehensive management and utilization of geological archive. Abstract: In order to adapt to the demand of integration and sharing about electrical power school and to break the limitation of "Islands of information", it is necessary to develop a loosely coupled information system. This paper introduces the system application demand of electrical power school, and designs the functions of the system and scientific object-oriented data model. A concept of operating mode information system is designed based on cloud computing. Object-oriented programming language C# is used to develop the prototype of the system. Abstract: Data mining (DM) is also called knowledge discovery in database, which is a complicated process in which unknown and valuable knowledge like modes or laws are excavated from lots of data stored in database, data warehouse or other information bases. Web service is an emerging service-oriented technology. It can publish description about how to transfer its own functions / services to the outside and return information to clients needing it automatically via URL. The Web-based DM system studied in this thesis realizes DM process via a series of Web service. This method not only overcomes the problem that existing DM system has poor expansibility but also can adapt to variety and dynamic nature of client request better.
