Abstract: An engineering machine wireless control system is researched based on a diggings milling collection machine. The system consists of PLC, communications module, relays, touch screen, router and long-distance terminal. The ideas of PLC state of self-sustaining when host dropped, wireless control and local control redundancy, and control instructions prioritization are proposed to achieve the reliable operation of the system. The system with local control and wireless control has been applied on the sand milling collection machine and the wireless remote control of all operations has been realized with no instruction lost and misused. A mining engineering requires that the sand with the mine in the earth’s surface of about 2~5cm depth should be collected. Also, in order to realize the accurate collection to reduce the subsequent processing cost, it demands that the thick precision of the collection should be controlled within ±5mm. Considering that the milling collection is suitable for work of large-area sand collection and easier to meet the demand of the accurate control of the depth, the sand milling collection machine is researched. This machine is equipped with the milling collection unit and depth control system. It is able to conduct the sand collection experiment under the field condition.

Abstract: Good use of embedded Linux open, portability features, wireless control systems for mobile robots to build; while the dynamic model of the mobile robot kinematics model and analyze and track their trajectory control methods studied, BP-PID trajectory tracking control algorithm. Research results show that the wireless control system built with the design requirements, the use of the control algorithm is effective and reliable.

Abstract: The primary objective of this research involves designing and fabrication of a wireless controlled five-fingered anthropomorphic dexterous robotic arm. Multiple joints are provided in the arms and fingers to mimic a realistic human-like motion. The mechanism is designed with the prime aim of increasing its efficiency in terms of performance, energy consumption and economy while reducing the total system weight. The design is followed up by the fabrication of mechanical sections of the arm and the assembly of the complete system. Finally, interfacing of the robotic arm with an external glove that can be worn by the user to control the arm motion is done through utilization of a wireless medium. The kinematics of the system, the overall mechanism for actuation and spring design for restoring the elements to their original positions are discussed in the paper.

Abstract: The traditional digital control system generally adopted wired communication, and the operator panel and display system were usually separate, thus having adverse effect on production efficiency. In this study, a wireless visual control system based on microcontroller unit (MCU) was designed, which included a wireless router, a USB webcam, ATmega8L MCU, MG995 servo, and C # language development. This system not only achieved the goals of visual monitoring and control of industrial production by integrating the control panel and display system, but could also improve production and save the cost of industrial energy consumption. The system has been applied in energy-saving control system of thermal power plants.

Abstract: In order to reduce the power consumption of household appliances resulted from standby; an intelligent wireless remote terminal assembly is hereby designed on the basis of such chips as MSP430F4152, HCS301, TDH6301 and so on. This paper introduces MSP430F4152 as a core processing chip, and a scheme integrating wireless control with intelligent control is adopted. The scheme presents power circuit, wireless transmission and receiving circuit, sensor circuit, keystroke and LCD display, etc, as well as master control program, which are characterized of great function, convenient application, high safety factor, low power consumption and so on, and can be applied in many places.

Abstract: The reconfigurable flexible process-equipment developed for machining complex shape and size changes in the scope of large thin-walled parts usually consists of dozens or even hundreds of positioning/support units. During the control process, each unit communicates with the host computer to get control commands and simultaneously feedback internal state information. For large complex system composed of many subsystems, the traditional cable connection based on field bus technology is high control costs and the complexity of the control circuit is hard to build and manage. To solve this problem, this paper puts forward a new way of wireless communication with the cable network technology and drive positioning/support unit in order. This paper focuses on the overall structure of the proposed system, host computer control system, lower computer control system and wireless communication module as well as the implementation hardware circuits and software algorithm. In addition, some solutions of related issues are discussed. The research shows that the proposed system has high stability and reliability, and it provides an effective way to the control and communication of complex system which fully meets the requirements of reconfigurable flexible process-equipment.

Abstract: The wireless control method is implemented between NEU BCI-II brain-computer interface and DR05 humanoid hand in this paper. A user interface with a set of real-time analysis and control methods is developed based on Lab VIEW platform. Wavelet analysis method is embedded in this framework, which extracts the character of alpha rhythm. 86.7% correct rate is achieved by using this framework to make humanoid hand do six gestures. Electronic disturbance of finger motor is eliminated by adopting wireless method.

Abstract: Traditional network control systems require designers to use the serial interface or the bus as tools to control equipments. These ways lead to complicated circuit connection and unreliability of hardware. It is therefore imperative to have good methods to explore a more suitable design choice, which can avoid the problems mentioned above as more as possible. This paper presents a TD-SCDMA network control system based on rapid prototyping equipment in VC++ 2008. It also provides high-level modelling, programming methods and running results for this system in terms of software and hardware. More specifically, this system takes advantage of network control technology, TD-SCDMA network technology and advanced manufacturing technology. Wireless communication and control are accomplished timely and accurately between the network control centre and a number of controlled equipments by use of Winsock control in TD-SCDMA network. This system also can manage the historical data by using database. Furthermore, it has such advantages as low cost and easy to maintain and promote.
