Abstract: This article uses the method of variables separation and generalized coordinates method to analyze the characteristics of the mine hoist wire rope tension, and the steel rope tension on-line monitoring system is designed, the experiments show that the system can reflect the hoist wire rope tension work state; result provides the basis for the optimal design of hoist.

Abstract: In order to expand the visual range of the small rescue manipulator, improve the target recognition capability and solve the problem of blocking actions under the condition of keeping the control systems accuracy and stability, we designed the control system for the rescue manipulator which included ATmega16 and PC. We made wireless receiving circuit using the wireless module and the motor drive circuit using the L298N module. We also made the software system of rescue manipulator based on VC++.Experiment shows that the control system can expand the range of the environment and improve the efficiency of rescue.

Abstract: This project put forward a kind of new low-cost real-time monitoring system of carbon dioxide. First, this equipment guides the gas into the device of chemical reaction by using step motor and measures the change of the gas’s volume which is guided into the device of chemical reaction after the reaction between the CO2 and NaOH by using the data-acquisition unit. Then, it processes data with Freescale MC9S12XS128 MCU and calculates the concentration of the CO2, in the meantime sends the data to the PC system by APC220V 3.0 wireless module, then using PC system makes the real time control over the concentration of the CO2 come true. Finally, detecting concentration accurately and steadily is achieved.

Abstract: Aiming to solve the problems of inaccuracy in temperature control and the slow reaction in condensing system in the automated distillation analyzer, an approach which combining electrical fan and thermoelectric cooler was put forward, using STM32 as the control unit; accurate temperature control during the distillation process was realized, data collection and processing can be completed by the control unit, and the wireless module can accomplish communication and control the analyzer under the instructions of computer. With this temperature control method, the automation and test accuracy of distillation analyzer can be enhanced, thus ensuring better ratio of performance-to-price and control performance.

Abstract: The pulse is the most important, sensitive and reliable source of information about human activity. Pulse wave contains importantly pathological and physiological information. It has an important significance for clinical diagnosis. The system collects the pulse wave through the HK2000B + integrated pulse sensor firstly, then transfers it by the wireless module, finally sends the signal into the computer through the VISA function provided by the LabView which can realize the serial communication. On the computer, use the LabView to program, so that it can realize the pulse signal real-time data acquisition, data filtering, waveform display, storage, alarm and K value extraction and so on. It has an important meaning to promote the pulse remote and objective realization and it has a great practical value.
