Abstract: Nanotechnology is one of the key technologies in twenty-first Century, in order to study the influence of the electrolyte temperature in electrolysis cell on the agglomeration of the nano-carbon, according to the principle of electrolysis in the preparation process of nano powder, the temperature detection device of electrolysis cell had been designed. Taking the AT89S52 MCU as the main controller, using six 1-wire digital temperature thermometer DS18B20 to detect the temperature signal of different six locations in electrolysis cell, then to transmit out by the wireless transmission module nRF24L01 chip, and to achieve a multi-point temperature signal collection and wireless transmission. It can realize the multi point temperature signal acquisition and wireless transmission. The multi point temperature measuring device is simple, reliable and low cost. The research results can provide some references for the preparation of nano carbon on on-line temperature measurement in electrolysis cell.

Abstract: The resources of node including the storage capacity, processing capacity, the energy supply in wireless sensor networks (WSNs) are limited, and the energy of node is mainly consumed in process of data transmission. The vibration signal which changes quickly, and has large amount of data is usually used in bearing condition monitoring. So in the process of bearing condition monitoring using WSNs, if the bearing vibration signal is acquired and transmitted, then the node will be fault for running out of node resources earlier. In order to solve the problems above, and prolong the node life, a compressive and coding algorithm of bearing vibration signal is proposed. The algorithm is based on 5/3 integer lifting wavelet, and fuses the embedded zerotree wavelet and Huffman coding algorithm. The bearing vibration data is firstly processed by 5/3 wavelet, then the wavelet coefficients obtained is compressed and coded by zerotree wavelet, and finally the results above are further compressed and coded by Huffman algorithm to improve the compressing ratio. The algorithm is programmed and transplanted in DSP of node, the evaluative criteria of compressive ratio (CR) and root mean square error (RMSE) are adopted to verify the performance of algorithm. The experiment results show that the vibration signal is compressed and coded efficiently, the main frequency feature of vibration signal is retained although the compressing ratio is up to 9.5. The amount of vibration data in wireless transmission decreases greatly, and at the same time, the memory space of host computer is saved.

Abstract: Temperature sensing cable was mainly used for simultaneous detection of multi-point temperature of the measured object. It was widely used not only in industrial areas, such as the detection of cable temperature access to facility, but also in the agricultural sector, such as the greenhouse temperature testing. Conventional temperature sensing cable was mainly linear temperature sensing switch cable, and the transmission of data was also wired, so in practical applications, this temperature sensing cable had many disadvantages. In this article, the digital temperature sensor DS18B20 manufacturing temperature sensing cable was studied and researched, ZigBee technology was used for wireless transmission, and a high efficiency, low cost, wide application of the monitoring network was established to develop a new temperature sensing cable.

Abstract: The capacitive device is a important equipment in the power system. Its working state is usually monitored by charged detection. However, the traditional detection method needs a lot of cable wiring for each test, which makes a big security hidden danger. In order to solve the problem, a new wireless measurement method based on 2.4G wireless and Bluetooth technology is proposed in this paper, which not only achieves wireless synchronous measurement of current and voltage, but also meets the requirements of capacitive equipment charged detection.

Abstract: Image acquisition and wireless transmission is a key technology in the Internet of Things. This paper reports a ARM Cortex-M4 processor hand-held based Image acquisition and wireless transmission terminal. The terminal utilizes STM32F407VGT6 as its master controller, respectively. It uses Nordic nRF24L01 as its wireless transceiver module and OV9655 as its camera module. The system works in 2.4GHz ISM microwave band and can capture images and wirelessly transmit images within 20m indoors and 50m outdoors. The actual measurement of image acquisition and transmission shows that this terminal is highly stable and comparable in 2.4GHz microwave frequency.
