Abstract: Proper selection of personnel constitutes a frequent challenge for the management of many enterprises. In this paper the above problem has been defined using three objective functions which required simultaneous optimisation. To solve this problem, computer modelling based on Petri nets was proposed. The model was subjected to iterative computer simulation, during which various variants of workstation assignment were tested. This resulted in the emergence of a variant which best fulfilled the assumed optimisation criteria.

Abstract: As the rapid development of modern society, it's hard for traditional workflow technologies to meet the variant requirements inside an enterprise. The research focus of workflow technology has been moved to flexibly adjustable workflow models that can easily and fast adapt to business change. In terms of this point, a flexible workflow model is put forward based on the UML technology. Several UML diagrams, such as class diagram, activity diagram and sequence diagram, are introduced to illustrate both model elements and detailed working mechanism of the workflow model. In addition, the strategy of flexible adaption is proposed to deal with changes. Based on this model, a general-purpose system of project application and review is designed and implemented, which is able to adapt flexibly to the business flow changes of project applying after putting into use.

Abstract: For the shortcomings of the traditional workflow in flexibility, this paper analyzes the advantages of Role Based Access Control Technology (RBAC) in realizing procedure permission dynamic management. With RBAC applied in it, this paper also constructs the flexible workflow model of Role Based Access Control and gives out the definition of the engine as well as the components concerned. In addition, it also solves the problems of the flexible operation of resource and dynamic assigning tasks in the business process, and applies the engine into the specific business process.

Abstract: A combination of Task and Role-based Access Control with multi-constraint is put forward in this paper. It is designed to solve problem of access control management about collaborators in workflow system, whose difficulties lie in complex authorization and low users efficiency. It combines the tasks and roles, classifies tasks, simplifies permissions management, defines the mutually exclusive roles and binding tasks and formulates dynamic users allocation policies by establishing a users execution history table to improving the efficiency. Finally, a specific dynamic access control design is given for electric power enterprise equipment maintenance management workflow, the given example shows that the model and algorithm satisfies the principle of least permission and separation of duties and ensures the workflow system to execute tasks safely and efficiently.

Abstract: Emergency communication refers to the appearance of natural or man-made sudden emergencies, which comprehensively use various communication resources to guarantee the emergency rescue and necessary communication. Emergency communication system requires not only mobile, but also rapid response and wide range. According to these requirements, the paper establishes a process model based on Object-oriented Petri net. The application shows that the model can be used to conveniently describe the dynamic and uncertainty characteristics of emergency communication tasks, which can reduce the complexity of process organization and provide the conditions for fast restructuring and integrating functions of module tasks.

Abstract: With the acceleration of enterprise information, office automation system had already become an important content of enterprise modernization. Enterprises realized office automation which could optimize management organization, increase coordination office ability and increase the efficiency of the enterprise's decision-making. The paper was based on the workflow technology to carry on the document management module’s design and implementation in the enterprise office automation in order to achieve the enterprise document automatic functions of approval.

Abstract: The workflow management, in which the main line is the product, is used widely. The emergence of product structure makes workflow management more complex. This thesis focuses on the realization method of workflow engine based on product structure. Firstly, this paper describes the formal definition of the workflow based on product structure, and then gives the algorithm of instantiating workflow, the startup algorithms and the advance algorithms involved in the workflow execution in detail, finally, this paper shows the realization of the engine based on these algorithms. These algorithms described in this paper allow users to make decisions on designing and establishing the composition of the product structure flexible, to define the approval process of the task node flexible, and to advance the process according to the results of the instantiation automatically.

Abstract: Fire image detection is a kind of important means of early prevention of fire. The current fire image detection is focus on the feature extraction, the concrete algorithm, etc., there is the lack of unified scheduling and the realization of automatic mechanism in the feature extraction of smoke or flame, the integration of all stages and other aspects of cohesion, and there is no uniform model in terms of integration. In addition, the traditional fire image detection system is facing problems such as high investment and insufficient computing capacity. To effectively reduce the detecting and early warning time, in this paper, fire image detection system based on the cloud workflow is studied. In view of the smoke image detection, we have integrated the various key of discrete nodes in fire detection through cloud workflow technology, and connect effectively the other related nodes. By building cloud workflow architecture, we organize and ensure the operation and regulation of the key nodes and their child nodes of child nodes. Through the experimental test, the method reduce the time in the whole process of fire detection, also won't reduce the accuracy of the original mode of fire detection.

Abstract: This paper presents design and development of a viewing and editing tool, namely 3DPJ Editor, for Workflow visualization of 3D Print Job files. 3D Print Job (3DPJ) is an XML based format for 3D Printing job purposed to enable automation and integration of multiple vendor systems in a 3D Printing manufacture environment. The paper also shows preliminary 3DPJ format for further development of 3D Printing manufacture community with multiple vendors. The 3DPJ Format tries to separate content information and meta-data of 3D Print Jobs, in order to integrate different processes into one standard 3D Printing Workflow. The complete specification of 3DPJ should be further complex and comprehensive, and it should be gradually adopted by major 3D Printer vendors.

Abstract: In this paper, a Bayesian method for fusing multiple visual cues is proposed for MIS (Minimally Invasive Surgery) workflow segmentation. The proposed technique investigates the characteristics of four basic events in MIS including idle, retraction, cauterisation and suturing. Visual cues related to shape, deformation, changes in light reflection, and other low level image features are fused using a Bayesian framework to achieve a high classification accuracy. Detailed in vivo experiments have been conducted to assess the accuracy and practical value of the technique.
