Abstract: In order to observe the kinematic characteristic and dynamic characteristic of working state of hydraulic excavator, and aim at the complexity and time consuming of the numerical calculation and field test, the hydraulic excavator working device motion simulation and analysis scheme is put forward. By kinematics simulation, the envelope trajectory of the manipulator and the basic working parameters are got; by dynamics simulation, the force of each hinge in symmetrical and offset loadings is got, and the most hazardous working condition and hinge are determined. Thus provided the basis for strength analysis and design optimization of hydraulic excavator working device. Accordingly, a simulation analysis method to study the dynamics of the working device in hydraulic excavator is provided.

Abstract: The difficulty to simulate the complex loads in the fatigue analysis of excavator working device results in great error in the result, so a research method of fatigue life of working device that was completely driven by real loads was proposed. With a 20t excavator as the research object, a kinetic model of excavator working device was established using the D-H method. According to the hydraulic cylinders pressure and displacement data in the process of digging recorded by the sensors, the real working loads of booms hinge points were obtained combining the equation of forces. The life contour of boom was obtained by the fatigue analysis of boom using software MSC.Fatigue. The minimum fatigue life is 16.8 years, and the result of the study provides basis for designing excavator working device structure.

Abstract: With the development of governing the Yellow River by the technology,it is inevitable to research the construction equipment to adapt to flood-prevention work. The cluthing and casting excavator for flood-prevention is produced under such kind of background. This equipment based on the working device of backhoe track hydraulic excavator was improved, the computer technology is introduced in the design of working device which can be for three-dimensional modeling,assembly and motion simulation analysis. The virtual design by Pro/E for the structural and motion of produces can short the design and manufacture time and cut down the cost, thus it can save the massive funds.The completive power of society is strengthen.

Abstract: The paper makes an analysis on the working device of loader, which plays an important role in the performance and economic benefit of the overall unit. The paper tries to develop the mathematical model of a loader working device, apply complex method taking the maximum breakout force of cylinder of rotating bucket as well as maximum lifting force of boom cylinder as the objective function and finally realize the optimization design of its design based on MATLAB software, probing into finding a efficient solution for the technical problems existing in the working device design and manufacturing.

Abstract: The paper is to study the working device of rough terrain forklift, carried out forces analysis on a typical three section telescopic boom, results indicated that the boom working in the lowest position is the most dangerous situation, Adopted the CAD software of SolidWorks to build the three dimensional models of telescopic boom, then used the FEA component of SolidWorks Simulation to carried out finite element analysis(FEA) for the working device, obtained FEA results. By the use of comparing the stress testing results with the finite element analysis results, certificated that the finite element analysis models are reasonable and the finite element method by Simulation is feasible and reliable. All of these works have very important reference value for designing and optimization of the telehandler in the future.

Abstract: The jaw crusher run in high speed and heavy load, high requirements for the working device performance. This paper analyse the gap between the eccentric shaft and movable jaw. Firstly, jaw crusher establish geometric model, the kinematic pair clearance two state model theory, establish the clearance contact model and the clearance friction model, based on the ADAMS software, establish the gap with the working device in the jaw crusher models. The jaw of the velocity and acceleration and the eccentric shaft and the movable jaw contact force dynamic characteristics analysis of gap is not at the same time, analysis of the results showed that gap has great influence on the dynamic characteristics of mechanism.

Abstract: In order to study the influence of key hinge point’s positions to the kinematical performance of the face-shovel hydraulic excavator working device, a forward kinematics model of the working device is presented firstly. And then the simulation model is established in ADAMS. The working processes are simulated and the bucket digging envelope diagram is drawn. Then different simulation models in ADAMS are established by using Monte Carlo method to sample data which are the range of key hinge point’s position. According to a certain order and requirement of objective response, the model with better motive performance can be chosen. The results show that the chosen model has better kinematical performance than that of the initial model where all of important objective responses can be improved differently.

Abstract: The virtual prototype model of the loader’s working device based on the ADAMS is built to analyze the co-simulation. The analyzed results provide the principle for the design, and has wide application to the research of working device of loaders .This method can improve the capability of loaders effectively.

Abstract: This paper chooses the WYL50 excavator as an example, using Solidworks to get the 3-D model and assembly. Then it will use overall finite element analysis method to analyze the strength and deformation of the working device which is under a typical working condition through the ANSYS Static analysis module. The stress and deformation cloud chart is acquired. The analysis results provide the design and improvement of the excavator with theoretical basis.

Abstract: Three-dimensional software Solidworks and ADAMS were combined together to establish the virtual prototyping model of hydraulic excavator working device in this paper. Various real typical working conditions of excavators were simulated in the virtual environment, then kinematic simulation analysis was conducted, and the main mining parameters in different conditions were given, the results provide a basis for the design of excavator working device.
