Abstract: CNC machine tools tend to build their coordinate systems according to the categories of returning reference points. Due to their detecting structures and principles, four distinct styles of reference point returning come into being, that is, Reference Point Establishment based on Incremental Encoder and Mechanical Block, Datum-point style Returning Reference point, Reference Point Returning with Incremental Encoder and no Mechanical Block, Percussion Reference Point Returning based on Absolute Encoder. In this paper, the author tries to probe into the basic requirement, working process and design requirement of the four styles.

Abstract: Analytical model of working process, which reflects dependence of energy curve from constructive and regime parameters of machine, is developed by means of mathematical analysis in the article. Adjustment of mathematical model was implemented by physical modelling of working process of multi-functional aggregate-hydromill. Adequacy of obtained regularities was checked.

Abstract: Thermophysical model of liquid-steam stream compressor, results of analysis of experimental researches of boiling up streams of liquid in the broadening ducting and running part of liquid-steam stream compressor, description of forming of three critical modes of flow and structural inversion of stream are presented in this article. The mathematical model of working process which allows to determine parameters and characteristics of liquid-steam stream compressor is presented.

Abstract: This paper introduces a virtual experiment bench for automotive air conditioning. In the experiment bench based on the experiment bench for Corolla 1.6AT automatic air conditioning, the refrigeration, heating, gas distribution and other mechanical systems are removed and the electrical control system is reserved using the virtual and simulation theory. The experiment bench has the features, such as simple structure, low production and operation cost, safety and environmental protection; its main sensor signals are simulated through a variable resistance, the working processes of some actuators are shown by light bulbs, so that it is easy to operate the experiment bench, and the working process is visual and direct. The experiment bench can be self-developed, designed and produced by students under the guidance of teachers, thus to promote the comprehensive ability of students to use knowledge and innovate.

Abstract: Aluminum electrolytic capacitor (AEC) is a widely used capacitor. The casing machine plays an important role in the producing of AEC, and its performance affects the quality of capacitor. This paper introduces the working process and system structure of the typical aluminum electrolytic capacitor casing machine, and analyses some problems of the existing casing machines. Combined with these problems, the paper proposed its future development trends, which provides some references for the design of a new generation of casing machines.

The organizational theory of project management tells us, if diagnosing project management of a construction project, the first is to analyze its organization and processes, because the processes reflect the dynamic logical relationship of the various tasks of the project organization. This article is intended to investigate BIM application and its improvement of project organizational process, which is to provide a reference for BIM implementation planning.

Abstract: Aluminum electrolytic capacitor (AEC) is widely applied in many fields, but also it plays an important role in the capacitor industry. The assembling machine is the key equipment in the AEC production, whose performance determines the quality of capacitors. This paper introduces the working process and system structure of the typical AEC assembling machine, and analyses some problems of assembling machines in our China. Combined with these problems, the paper brings forward the prospective development direction, which provides the reference for the design and manufacturing of assembling machines.

Abstract: The working process of a lean burn natural gas spark ignition engine was simulated with a 3-D CFD software package AVL-FIRE. Such simulations were made to analyze and understand the flow field, fuel/air mixture distribution, ignition and flame propagation. The simulations provide basis for the optimization of the combustion system of the engine. Two injection strategies for the pre-chamber enrichment were established and compared. The results indicate that with enrichment injection in the pre-chamber, the fuel/air equivalence ratio is precisely controlled in the range of 1.0 to 1.1, stable ignition in the pre-chamber is ensured, and fast initial flame propagation in main combustion chamber is realized.
