Abstract: The era of Web 2.0 has been coming, and more and more Web 2.0 application, such social networks and Wikipedia, have come up. As an industrial standard of the Web 2.0, the XML technique has also attracted more and more researchers. However, how to mine value information from massive XML documents is still in its infancy. In this paper, we study the basic problem of XML data mining-XML data mining model. We design a multi-level XML data mining model, propose a multi-level data mining method, and list some research issues in the implementation of XML data mining systems.

Abstract: The phenomenal growth of the object has brought huge increase in the traffic on World Wide Web. Long read latency of service experienced by the end-users, especially during the peak hours, continues to be the common problem to the popular web servers while retrieving popular objects. A replication and deletion algorithm is presented to solve object replication problem, which is a NP-hard problem and can be formulated as a 0-1 constraint optimization problem. The algorithm defines an appropriate replica distribution with the objective to decrease the number of object access operations over excessive distances, balance the load of popular web servers, and then minimize the network traffic of the object. Object deletion in a distributed web-server environment is one of the possible solutions to extend available memory and reduce the load of the server. During the adaptive time period due to different object update frequency, objects are dynamically duplicated and deleted in a distributed web server system with limited storage capacity. Simulation results demonstrate the performance of the proposed algorithm.

Abstract: Retracted paper: Using the theory of explosion mechanics and gas detonation dynamics and the conservation law of mass, momentum and energy, the physical and mathematical models of damage effect are set up in excavation roadway during gas explosion. In view of gas concentration, accumulation position, volumes and states of spaces, the shock wave damage on structures in the roadway during gas explosion. The damage effects are characterized of heat and mechanic damage. Meanwhile, the high temperature and pressure are formed in different degree. With the action of overpressure and impulse, the damage degree is different with different geometric structures in ventilation system. By means of basic condition, influential factors, procedure features and simulation, some unnecessary structures or barriers should be cleared in order to keep smooth the ventilation system.
