Abstract: Short-message communication mechanism is one of the most frequently methods used on the field of satellite data transmission. Under the existing satellite network, we provide an expansion method of reliable data transmission of short message communication named EMRDT-SMC, which solves negative compression problem of transmission capacity expansion when the amount of short message is below normal, and also solves reliable data transmission problem while satellite microwave transmission causes short message loss. Based on the measurement over a small test-bed, it shows that the method EMRDT-SMC can obtain the better network performance.

Abstract: By studying the theory and method of the Grid Services and analyzing the drawbacks of the traditional teaching system, the article presents a personalized intelligent cooperative teaching service system based on grid. Simultaneously, it makes use of the grid technology to detailed design the teaching service engine. The engine is the core component of the system, it break down and mix of the distributed teaching service sources to provide the advantage of free the usual limitation of space and regions and can work at any time and at any place. The prototype PSPTS software system is developed which can provide useful reference and experiences for institutions or the relevant researches of the enterprise professional training system.

Abstract: Opportunistic Networks (ONs) are the newly emerging type of Delay Tolerant Network (DTN) systems that opportunistically exploit unpredicted contacts among nodes to share information. As with all DTN environments ONs experience frequent and large delays, and an end-to-end path may only exist for a brief and unpredictable time. In this paper, we employ optimal theory to propose a novel buffer management strategy named Optimal Buffer Scheduling Policy (OBSP) to optimize the sequence of message forwarding and message discarding. In OBSP, global optimization considering delivery ratio, transmission delay, and overhead is adopted to improve the overall performance of routing algorithms. The simulation results show that the OBSP is much better than the existing ones.

Abstract: With the rapid development of computer network technology, wireless networks have developed to wireless wide area network from a single wireless personal area network. Expansion of coverage was spread from a few meters to a global range and transmission speed was also doubled. The wireless network is gradually used into complicated module network environment, especially in the field of medical treatment, depending on the flexibility and the sound extendibility of its module network. This article is to introduce the wireless LAN technique and its character, and also to express its scientific use in the care.

Abstract: This paper describes an automotive tire monitoring and warning system based on ZigBee wireless network. By using some components with ultra-low power like ZigBee network device, SP12 Sensor of Infineon which is made for TPMS application, MSP430F149 of TI Company, etc., the problem of inadequate service life of automotive tire pressure detection system is successfully solved. And the keyless door, automatic windows, automatic wipers, etc. of automobile are organized into an intelligent wireless network by applying ZigBee network. This paper describes the main components and provides the hardware diagram.

Abstract: This paper presents the robust multiuser detection in synchronous direct sequence-code division multiple access (DS-CDMA) systems with Maximal Ratio Combiner (MRC) receive diversity over frequency-nonselective, slowly fading Nakagami-m channels in a non-Gaussian environment. Average probability of error is derived for decorrelating detector over single path Nakagami-m fading channel. A new M-estimator proposed to robustify the detector is studied and analyzed. Simulation results show that the new M-estimator outperforms linear decorrelating detector, the Huber, and the Hampel estimator based detectors.
