Diagnosis and Prediction for Equipment Efficiency Based on OEE in FCC M6 Welding Workshop

Article Preview

Combined with the present situation of equipment management in FCC M6 welding workshop, calculate the overall equipment efficiency for welding workshop in year of 2010 and deep analysis based on this calculation, scientific prediction for overall equipment efficiency in year of 2011 at this workshop according to the method of exponential smoothing, the result indicate that tangible benefits will be got by this enterprise.
