Application of Fuzzy Cluster Analysis in the Judgment of the Aluminum Electrolyzer’s Status

Clustering analysis is an important research area of Data Mining; it is a mathematical method to classification in terms of certain demand and rules. In this paper, the authors have applied fuzzy theory to the clustering analysis, and introduce data mining technology to the electrolytic control, and Carry on the excavation analysis of a variety of data produced by the control system, and then analyze the clustering result. Thus it achieves Electrolyzer’s condition diagnosis and production decision-making functions, and then achieves standardization of electrolyzer operation.
