A Production Capacity Management Platform Using M2M Horizontal Integration Technology in Connector Industry

In this research, we proposed a management system platform to improve production capacity. By use of the machine to machine (M2M) information communication technology (ICT) and the network control and management technology, the mechanism aims to establish a set of well integrated schemes capable of controlling the entire production process from sources of raw materials to end products and building a product resume system as well as a load balance communication system for factory zones. To create a production capacity tracking system for each factory zone by use of the M2M information communication technology management platform to facilitate the tracking of production capabilities, achieve the load balance, and keep a complete record of the production resume.
