Abstract: The characteristics of vibration and noise of an automobile have become important factors for evaluating automobiles. In this study, finite element modal analysis and harmonic analysis were used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the bus bodywork. The analytical results show that vibration of ceiling board and floor board is large while the engine remains the idle running. The vibration of ceiling board and floor board are large during the engine running with the idle speed or the highest speed. In addition, the vibration of ceiling board and floor board also has peak values during the engine running with the maximum torsion moment. Therefore, for prediction of vehicle bodywork vibration and vehicle interior noise, the influence of the engine vibration on them should be considered in order to avoid resonance of bodywork boards and coupling of bodywork boards and interior acoustic field.

Abstract: According to the usage of vehicle radar antenna pedestal center frame, this article analyzes and compares the structure characteristic of welding and casting. We decide to adopt the casting structure and use special casting material ductile iron QT450-10. And we describe the casting material ductile iron QT450-10. Based on the center frame of using conditions, we analyze the deformation and stress of center frame by the finite element analysis software. The design is in line with the material allowable requirements and to meet the requirements of the system stiffness.

Abstract: In order to study the common nonlinear characteristics of the vibration isolator, a single degree of freedom system with cubic restoring force is introduced to describe the nonlinear vibration isolation system in the paper and the harmonic balance method was applied to investigate the primary resonance near the natural frequency of the system. Based on Routh–Hurwitz stability criterion, it was clarified theoretically that the region surrounded by the curve of the vertical tangential points in the curve cluster of the primary resonance amplitude frequency characteristics was instable. In addition, the equations of the jump frequency and force transmissibility were derived. The calculated results showed that the jump, hysteresis, stable and instable phenomena would take place for the force transmissibility of the isolator system and the effect of high frequency components of the transmitting force was limited; the damping, coefficient of nonlinear restoring force and the excitation amplitude had an influence on the force transmissibility whose frequencies were in the region of the resonance frequencies but not on those whose frequencies were lower than the resonance frequencies, and only the damping would affect the force transmissibility whose frequencies were higher than the resonance frequencies. Finally, the equation of the start frequency, on the condition that the force transmissibility was less than 1, was presented.

Abstract: Pseudo-rigid-body model (PRBM) method, which simplifies the geometrical nonlinear analysis, has become an important tool for the analysis and synthesis of compliant mechanisms. In this paper, a simplified 2R PRBM with two rigid links and two torsion springs is proposed. The characteristic radius factor and stiffness coefficients are selected as the design variables; in order to be better to simulate the tip point and tip slope, a three-dimensional objective function is formulated to optimize the new pseudo-rigid-body model. It is revealed in this paper that the precision of the tip point simulation can be improved when the coefficient of the tip slope error in the objective function is reduced.

Abstract: This paper demonstrates a design case study investigating user requirements and user acceptance of a mobile device in the context of large sports events. The paper presents three personas and five groups of user requirements: usability requirements, data requirements, functional requirements, look and feel requirements and social requirements, as a result of the initial study.

Abstract: It can be seen through the analysis of communication products on the current market, for the universal issues that products used by the aging population such as the difficulty to see the interface and the operation is too complex for them etc. According to the characteristics of the aging population, their communication products should not only meet the basic functional requirements of the aging users, but also pay attention to their psychological needs, design the communication products with super large interface as well as easily operating system and so on in order to meet the special needs of the aging population.

Abstract: This paper presents transient response of a skin panel under combined mechanical loading and provides a comparison of uniform and non-uniform thermal loading. A finite element model of a representative structural panel is used to evaluate the performance of an aero-structure subjected to severe aerodynamic heating and fluctuating pressure. This structure exhibits complex nonlinear response including thermal buckling and snap-through. In this study, uniform and non-uniform temperature distribution are used to understand the influence of spatial thermal distribution on the nonlinear response of the skin panel. It is shown that the parametric space snap-through boundary is significantly different for the two cases.

Abstract: Manufacturing system has changing their technology to service based application. In the contents, web service technique can be a solution for their needs. Web service can provide various business logic, process, application for manufacturing system’s software over the internet. In this paper, we propose web service based process model for manufacturing system. The sample target system is IC test Handler, semiconductor device test equipment. The main application consists of 4 services; operational process, GPIB test process, Communication process, and Data management process.

Abstract: RFID is used very wide for manufacturing system, supply chain system, and others. RFID uses the chips or tags to store electronic product codes (EPC) and he tags have radio transceivers using which they transmit the product or device information using EPCs to the devices that probe these tags. In the contents, in order to apply RFID technique to their system (manufacturing system) efficiently, to identify and know the accurate quality attributes for RFID enable system has necessary. In this paper, we propose the quality attributes for RFID enabled manufacturing system. For this work, we extract the quality criteria from similar attributes of the standards such as ISO/IEC 9126 and IEEE 1451.
