Abstract: Company customer analysis system is designed and implemented based on clustering mining technology. Customer preference segmentation model is built by using the K-medoids clustering method, the customer are divided into several groups effectively. Through a combination of the decision tree and the logistic regression method, the customer loss early-warning model is constructed. The practical results show that the designed system has an excellent performance.

Abstract: In this study, nylon PA6 resin was filled with carbon fibers by employing the technique of mechanical alloying and utilizing the special properties of carbon fiber. The effects of carbon fiber on the mechanical property of the nylon PA6 were also studied. From the results, filling nylon PA6 resin with carbon fiber could effectively enhance the tensile strength, the elastic modulus, the flexural strength and the flexural modulus for the material. In addition, the material shrinkage was also significantly reduced. The enhancing effects varied as CF content changed. Through comparative experiments, the optimal proportion of the addition was determined. Replacing the conventional irony back pad of military outdoor pot by this composite would not only largely reduce the load and improve the motility for the soldiers, but also ensure a better battlefield adaptability and comfort.

Abstract: This article presents conclusions of use TiAlN at drilling of a new austenitic stainless steels. This article presents the results of experiments that concerned the verification of the cutting tool wear. The results of cutting zone evaluation under cutting conditions (cutting speed vc=60 m/min, depth of cut ap= 3.0 mm and feed f= 0.04 mm per rev.) .

Abstract: The furniture manufacturing industry brings human rich material civilization, but also leads to the ecological crisis at the cost of the resource exhaustion and environmental degradation. By introducing the necessity and urgency of studying on the key technologies of green furniture design, it analyzed the rich contents of green furniture design. And then it discussed the key technologies of green furniture design in detail from the four aspects of choosing furniture materials, structural design, process design, and design for recycling. Finally, it pointed out that the breakthroughs in key tech-nologies of green furniture design have great practical significance to our country, which would make our country create a powerful transformation from the furniture high-carbon consumption and man-ufacturing power to the green consumption and creative power.

Abstract: This paper presents several novel schemes on product texture bionic design and applications. The paper is organized as follow: It starts on concept of bionics design, methods and models, analyzed the process of bionic design. Several modern texture bionic designs will be followed. With these designs product texture may enhance its weight feeling, enrich its expression as well as conveys language. The floor, leather products, and beverage packaging boxes are applications in texture bionic design. With texture bionic design, which states as natural biological form, directly impacts on people's vision, to give a more intuitive, intimate, beautiful feeling. It also plays a pivotal role to modern environmental protection.

Abstract: In order to verify the validity of oil analysis for heavy diesel engine condition monitoring, the lubricating oil were sampled from the lubricating system of the domestic diesel engines, and then were tested by oil analysis (including contamination detection, periodic sampling test and ferrography technology). The results showed that oil analysis could monitor the lubricating oil contamination and mechanical wear condition to make diesel engines avoid early mechanical failure.

Abstract: The quality improving of locomotive maintenance service is studied based on Six Sigma. The maintenance service progress has been optimized by DMAIC mode. First of all, the quality problems have been proposed. Then, the factors which impact on quality of after-sales service are found by QC tools. Secondly, the main problems in the progress would be controlled conveniently. Finally, the improved maintenance services process is developed correspondingly. In order to ensure the quality of the maintenance in the delivery period, some measures are taken such as adjusting the allocation time in the repair process, developing a strict examination system. The result shows that the maintenance efficiency and customer satisfaction has been improved significantly.

Abstract: Numerical simulations of two-dimensional cylinder free droping into water are presented based on volume of fluid (VOF) method and dynamic mesh technique. Solutions with a time-accurate finite-volume method (FVM) were generated based on the unsteady compressible ensemble averaged Navier-Stokes equations for the air and the unsteady incompressible ensemble averaged Navier-Stokes equations for the water. Computed pressure histories of the cylinder were compared with experimentally measured values. The performance of various turbulence models for pressure prediction was assessed. The results indicate that Realizable k-epsilon model with Enhanced Wall Treatment is the best choice for engineering practice.

Abstract: In the real venicle testing, evaluating the mechanical properties of the clutch just depend on the related characteristic point on mechanics characteristic curve at present, The evaluation method failed to make full use of the informantion included in the characteristic curve and may lead to miscalculation. According to the stuation, by parameter transform can get clutch undamped mechanical characteristic. Through the method of regression analysis, then the qualify can be judged by comparing the test curves of clutch undamped mechanical characteristics with the curve of modeling. Experimental results show that the new evaluation method is feasible.
