Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation for IT Project Risk Management

Article Preview

In order to improve project management ability, prevent communication accident, and identify 21 concrete risk factors in IT engineering construction, this paper has set up an evaluation index system with five risk factors for one class index such as design, the personnel, technical force, management, project implementation, and security measures. Then, this paper has used the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to assess the overall risk for CDMA core network expansion project in Xinjiang telecommunication, and put forward the relative solutions for risk.
