The Optimization Design of Brake System in Mine Dump Truck

Abstract:

On the base of introducing the principle of the brake system of mine dump truck,the in fluence factors of the brake performance are analysed.In order to further reduce the brake distance to meet the requirements of actual use,the improvement plan is presented for brake system opti mization and the field test is made.The results show that the brake duration of the brake system is re duced after the optimization and the performance is improved which is of great practical significance.
