The Multi-Point Temperature Decoupling Control Method and its Realization

There is a strong coupling among the multi-point temperatures of rich- or pure-oxygen combustion ceramic roller kiln. The temperature of ceramic kiln is characterized by large inertia, pure time-delay and nonlinear features. The simple and practical decoupling control method in this kiln is proposed, and the multi-point temperature decoupling controller based on DSP is developed. The traditional PID algorithm is improved. Experimental results show that the decoupling controller of multi-point temperature has high control precision, reliability, and high performance-price ratio. It can meet the control requirements of this kiln.
