Springback Analysis of Stamping Forming of Auto Beam

The main factors of stamping forming of auto beam are the thickness of sheet metal, friction coefficient, the die gap and the bind holder force. The stamping forming of auto beam was simulated by DYNAFORM software according to orthogonal experiment with four factors and three-level, and the simulation results were analyzed by the method of the variance analysis. The results show that the main factor causing springback is the thickness of sheet metal, followed by the friction coefficient and die gap, the minimal factor is the bind holder force.
