IT Service Outsourcing Project Risk Management Metasynthesis Model Based on Multi-Agent

An IT service outsourcing project risk management metasynthesis model based on multi-agent is proposed. Three kinds of agents, namely management agent, interactive agent and individual agent are constructed. Cooperation process between agents is designed. The system realized by using this framework can intellectualize metasynthesis risk management, realizes the organic synthesis of the experience knowledge, the theoretical knowledge, the information and the computer technology, may complete the whole life cycle intelligent risk management from the project risk data collection, the risk factor recognition, the risk estimate and the appraisal, risk control to risk early-warning. The insufficiency of sole discipline knowledge and sole functional department studying project risk management is made up.
