Abstract: According to situation of the digital oil depot building and the needs of the current fuel guaranteeing, it makes use of virtual reality technology and three-dimensional visualization technology to build a realist and operating easily digital depot roaming platform. It analysis of the functions and features of each module of the “digital oil depot roaming system” and implements the scene. What’s more, it explores the viewpoint of the system management and collision detection technology and uses DI-Guy software to analysis detailed the simulation of virtual characters. Through modifying character models and creating new actions, it implements the combination of virtual characters and three-dimensional scene with programming by comparing three methods, as well as the realization of the visual interactive electronic technology manual of the digital oil depot system.

Abstract: 3D GIS is an intuitive and effective method of realistic geo-information. Its spatial analysis function meets the user’s needs of inquiring and analyzing to the geo-information. 3D GIS has been widely used in geoscience and urban planning. This article introduces the 3D GIS firstly. Then it discusses the implementation methods of 3D GIS in detail. These include underlying development, secondary development and implementation by remote sensing images. At last, their merits and faults are analyzed, and the paper gives the suitable conditions for different applications.

Abstract: Lacking effective management means for production, storage, transportation, marketing and other aspects is the existing problems in the current fireworks and firecrackers security supervision. We propose a design method on constructing the safety supervision platform of the whole process of fireworks and firecrackers production with the background of the emerging Internet of Things (IOT for short), the use of RFID technology, combined with the 3G networks, GPS/GIS, video camera technology to constitute the architecture of the platform. In this article, we also present the crucial technology of constructing the platform and relevant implementation, including the associated matching algorithms between the RFID tags and two dimensional codes, building methods of fireworks and firecrackers quality model by theory of ontology-based context modeling. It achieves full supervision and traceability management in production, storage, transportation, wholesale and retail. And it can provide summary statistics and on-site real-time dynamic queries.

Abstract: Cultivating students who have innovated abilities is not only an age requirement but also the focus of engineering education. In engineering education, according to the studies and practices for a very long time, this article establish "three-dimension" innovation talents development model which can improve students’ abilities of self-study and help them fit the society better after their graduation. The seven aspects are teaching method, learning approach, teaching material constructs, auxiliary answering strategy, teaching evaluation, students develop environment and innovation channels. “Three-dimensional” innovation talents development model is designed according to students’ character and their best innovation study result .And it can actually form a three-dimensional layered training model includes “General-form Teaching”, “Extensions Expand” and “Elites Cultivating”. The effect of the practice of "three-dimensional" innovation talents development model is very obvious.

Abstract: A new method to realize 3D measurement and modeling based on Active Control System was put forward in the paper. The Active Control System included two parts: one was for the calibration of digital camera, and the other was for the six-freedom control of digital camera. This method enlarged the intersection angle and improves the intersection precision by multi-baseline photography; enlarges the angle of view by panning photography, and resolves the difficulty of matching for images with large intersection angle. The experiments proved that this method can acquire the high accuracy and improves the production efficiency.
