Numerical Simulation of Thermal Deformation of High Speed and Exactitude Thermo Grip

Built the thermal deformation model of high-speed and exactitude thermo grip according to the thermal deformation theory .And numerical simulation of the thermal stress was performed by finite element analysis software of ANSYS. The thermal deformation experiment had be done with φ10 and φ16 specifications thermo grip. Experimental data and simulation analysis are fit well. It provides the theory support for the optimal design of thermo grip.
