The CBR-Based Green Design Evaluation System for Mechanical Products

In order to protect the environment and save resources, as well as to improve the green design level of mechanical products, an evaluation indicator system for green design is called to be established. After Referencing the existing evaluation principles and objectives to propose green design evaluation indicator system of mechanical products, the idea of case-based reasoning (CBR) is used to construct the indicators library. Also, the method of cluster is utilized to subdivide the library, aiming to optimize the indicator library and to improve the accuracy of evaluation in the process of constructing the indicator library. Finally, a CBR-based indicator library was constructed.
