This paper analyses the basic connotation of team and academic team, and uses the concept of cluster and core competence for pedagogy, educes and explains the subject cluster and subject cluster core competence, discusses the troubling factors of affecting subject cluster core competence. And then, this paper researches the opening extent of academic team how to affect the academic team creativity and subject cluster core competence.
