Abstract: The faults of rotating machinery are monitored by fixing the sensors on rotor directly, which brings some problems such as difficulty in fixing the sensors, poor universality and so on, while brings some advantages such as rapidness, convenience and good universality and so on by fixing the sensors on the base. The arrangement of sensors on rotating machinery base was designed by taking advantage of the vibration transitivity of rotor-bearing-base, which will provide a new method for fault diagnosis of rotating machinery. The solid model of rotor test bench was built by combining with PROE and ANSYS. The transient analysis of rotor test bench was done, and the vibration response characteristics of base and the arrangement of sensors were obtained. Finally, the validity of the sensor arrangement was verified by experiments.

Abstract: Based on one prestressed frame beam in an actual project, both the indirect measuring test and the finite element numerical simulation about the reinforcement prestress are made. The test and simulation results show that the effect prestress obtained from indirect measure methods can reflect the prestress history relatively well. Meanwhile, the indirect measure method has the advantages of low cost and easy operation, which can be exploited and developed in general projects so as to get the stress history of the prestressed reinforcement in time and reduce potential security threat.

Abstract: Based on the experimental data in the literature, contact elements were used in the pile-soil interface and the pile-soil interaction was simulated by ANSYS in this paper. Compared with theoretical analysis of the literature, the effects of pile-soil interface on the mechanical parameters of contact elements under the pile-soil vertical load and soil physical parameters were obtained by ANSYS simulation. The results can be a guiding on the reasonable choice of parameters under complex loads.

Abstract: Based on the large general finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench, a type of large electrostatic precipitator main bearing parts wide pillar and a wide column in the connection of the wall structure based on the finite element analysis, the research in various kinds of loads of joint action of wide pillar and a wide and wall body after connection of stress (strain), and displacement (distortion) situation results show that analysis and calculation has higher precision, model of mesh and their calculation method is very reasonable, can be used for dust removal machine steel body structure of further optimization analysis.

Abstract: Micro-structural gas sensor with a new kind of electrode is designed. Platinum filament is selected as gold electrodes, and SiO2 is used as the thermal and electricity insulation layer. The simulation results of ANSYS reveal that when the thickness of SiO2, thickness of Si substrate, electrode with and electrode space are 50, 250, 15 and 60 µm, respectively, the sensors can own higher temperature and uniform temperature distributing in the center. The magnetic field distribution is also analyzed by ANSYS, and the results show that the new electrodes can eliminate magnetic field from the heater on the measuring signal interference, which is benefit for the improvement of sensor performance.
