Study of the Knowledge–Based Integrated Equipment Management System for Process Enterprise

Though analyzing the characters of the equipment management for process enterprise, there is a knowledge–based integrated equipment management system using knowledge management in order to maximize benefit, which emphasizes the technical reliability, enterprise capability balance and consists of equipment optimized control model, equipment operating cost model, equipment reliability evaluation model, equipment fault diagnosis model and equipment renovation decision support model, etc. The knowledge acquisition and representation model is aim to realize the decision-making flow of the process enterprise. A typical example is also presented to demonstrate the application of the integrated knowledge-based equipment management system.
