Study on Development and Application of Platform with Test Questions Library and Paper Generation Based on SOA

The teaching effect assessment is an important part of teaching work, usually for the teaching evaluation means more imperative, and by the quality of the exam paper will directly affect the result of teaching evaluation. Usually, when the papers or teachers to huge question the subject in a selected from several, or the relevant books of the topic selected a papers, such was slow and arduous, and it was difficult to ensure that the test coverage and grasp the papers of difficulty. In order to make the teacher from heavy proposition work liberate, and improve the quality and management of proposition modernization, scientific, standardized, a test paper generation system has been developed. The Paper Generation System is designed and implemented based on the sufficient needs analysis in this paper, It mainly implements some functions include in manually and automatically generating papers, extracting some of existing papers, maintaining user information and so on ,the system can operate stably in Windows2000/XP/Vista platform ,reach the expected goal and have some practical value.
