The Research Status and Prospect of the Fiber Reinforced Concrete

Fiber reinforced concrete is a commonly used special concrete. As enhancing the tensile and compressive strength and improving the durability of concrete, fiber reinforced concrete was used widely around the world. The characteristics and categories of the fiber reinforced concrete were introduced and the application status of that at home and abroad was presented. Some problems during the research and application were proposed and the application prospect of the fiber reinforced concrete was forecast.
