The Synthesis of P-SulfonatephenylazocalixArene and its Analytical Application
A new kind of fluorescence spectrometry method for the determination of Rutin has been developed in the presence of p-sulfonatephenylazocalixarene, which has good solubility in water and spectral activity. Under optimum conditions, the linear range was obtained over the 0.2～4.5μg/mL, and the detection limit was 1.949×10-3 μg/mL. This method was used to determinate the content of Rutin in pagodatree flowers and the results were satisfied. It offered potential advantages of simplicity and sensitivity.
