Abstract: Hydropower station is one of key energy construction projects in china. The hydro-mechanical component is one of the core parts of the hydropower station. Therefore, the importance of hydro-condition monitoring becomes even more conspicuous in hydropower station. In this present study, the hardware of hydropower station hydraulic monitoring system was re-designed and integrated through researching hydro-determination theory and method of the hydropower station, using ADAM modules; At the same time, by using development tool C++ and assembly language, a 16-channel data acquisition and visualization operations hydro-monitoring system was completed by implementing the functions of acquisition, calibration, analysis, processing for the software system. Finally, the entire monitoring system was applied on Tianqiao hydropower, and the result indicated that this system might be a better method in monitoring results.

Abstract: The multiple simultaneous faults diagnosis is not deeply studied so far. The methods for multiple simultaneous faults diagnosis are put forward. According to the characteristics of hydropower unit, the hierarchical faults decoupling methods are discussed in detail. The simulation calculation of the cylinder controlled by valve is taken as an example for decoupling of hierarchical fault .

Abstract: The dynamic characteristics of shaft system in water turbine generating set and hydropower house structure is investigated by using the APDL procedure in ANSYS. The coupled vibration model which contains unit piers, hydropower house structure and water turbine generating set is developed. In this model, the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of the supporting structure (radial bearing) in water turbine generating set and the flexibility of unit piers and hydropower house structure are all considered. Through the revolving periodic transient results of the former four generating sets, the dynamic response of the shaft system in water turbine generating set and the dynamic characteristics of the hydropower house structure are analyzed. The interaction between the hydropower house structure and the water turbine generating set is discussed, which provide useful references to anti-vibration design of the hydropower house structure.

Abstract: The work of construction consultant in hydropower project in China is different from other countries and the Chinese consultant is more like a supervisor whose work is constrained by the owner. Therefor the consultant has to coordinate among designers, owner and constructors and the information management becomes complex and trivial, especially in the manual management mode, it is difficult to communicate among departments and staffs and manage the information promptly and efficiently. This paper proposed a process control based information management method which includes the main consultant workflow and the consultant business database and used the workflow technology to develop a flexible and adaptable MIS (Management Information System) for construction consultant.
