Design and Implementation of Monitoring System Based on MSP430

Abstract:

Article Preview

This paper mainly introduces the wireless sensor network monitoring system composed of the nodes and the base station. The software and hardware of this system are analyzed and designed. The MSP430 MCU which is low power consumption is used as a controller chip; meanwhile RF communications chip RF2401L is selected by the monitoring system. This paper elaborates the architecture of the monitoring system, the responsive communication mode between nodes and the base station and the design of the software process.
