Implementation of Camouflage Tent Cloth Materials and Camouflage Effect Evaluation

To aim at the problems of tent cloth materials, such as camouflage performance and simulation effect of camouflage pattern, this paper studies green inorganic pigments, synthesis of acrylic acid emulsion and preparation of four-color camouflage coatings. Through extracting the features of woodland background, a digital camouflage pattern is achieved. The four-color coatings are used to print the designed digital disruptive pattern on the tent cloth. Finally, the tent made of the tent cloth is applied to the woodland background. The test result demonstrates that, the spectral reflectance of forest green and medium green coatings on the tent cloth is closed to actual green plants. The printed digital camouflage pattern is better at blending with the background.
