In the production process, the cost estimate has a direct impact on the product design and economic efficiency. The establishment of process cost estimation model based on features and intelligent computation can quickly and accurately estimate the process cost of product with high precision. In the condition of poor basic data and inadequate labor power, material and financial resources, carry out the study and practice on the locomotive axle process cost estimation based on features and intelligent computation from the product process. This method can quickly estimate the cost of the product with a high use value.
