Research and Design on the Special Tube Parts Stamping Technology and Die

This paper introduces the concept and characteristic of narrowing-mouth process, and the main technological defects and the influence factors of narrowing-mouth deformation degree. Processing technology of double closed ball head tube parts was analyzed and narrowing-mouth process was used to manufacture. On this basis, the content and steps for mouth process calculation were introduced detailed. The number of narrowing-mouth process, deformation degree of every process, the height of the blank and the size of parts were given. Meanwhile the press machine was selected. Combined with parts trial, the narrowing-mouth die structure was designed a detailed discussion of the work principle of the die, relationship and function of main parts of die were done. Through analysis of the specimen quality, the results explain that the narrowing-mouth technical calculation and die design can satisfy the processing technology of all the given parts. It can basically meet the design requirements. Finally the influence on narrowing-mouth process of neglected deformation and further research to improve it are pointed out.
