Optimizing Study of Solidification Agent with High Neutralization Degree Compound Phosphate-Bonded No-Bake Sand by Orthogonal Test

Regarding dry strength and storage strength of high neutralization degree compound phosphate no-bake sand as index, optimization was analyzed on the ratios of solidification agent to obtain the appropriate adding amount in different environment by orthogonal test, and influence of optimum formula on the storage stability of the no-bake sand was studied. The results show that, in condition of up 25°C, when humidity is more than 60% RH, the formula of solidification agent is 5% Mg-contained powder + 2% Al-contained powder + 4% Zn-contained powder, its no-bake sand sample has high dry strength and good storage stability. When humidity is less than 60% RH, the formula of solidification agent is 2% Mg-contained powder + 2% Al-contained powder + 4% Zn-contained powder, its no-bake sand sample has high dry strength and good storage stability.
