The Development and Application on Composite Resin Substituted for Cement Slurry
A type of composite resin substituted for cement slurry was developed for channelling and leakoff blockage in oil production and water injection wells of sandstone reservoirs in Huabei oilfields.Laboratory evaluation showed that the controlled reaction time was 3~8h at 40~110°C,the tensile strength of curing samples was 10.8 ~ 13.1 MPa, the compressive strength 13 ~ 87MPa, and the shear strength 9.2 ~ 28.9MPa.Any corrosion ratio in 10%HClNaOHNaCl was less than 1% at 100°C for 24 hours. Field application was successful and the pressure drop was less than 0.5MPa after shuting down for 30min.
