Resistivity and thermopower measurements were made of polycrystalline tetragonal samples. Both parameters exhibited a sensitive dependence upon the O deficiency. It was found that, in samples having the maximum O deficiency (0.12), the resistivity and thermopower values underwent a substantial variation as a function of time at room temperature; in spite of the constant O content. These variations saturated after some 300h. It was suggested that they were caused by a re-ordering of vacancies in the O-deficient sub-lattice.
