Thick-film conductors, which were made from mixed or alloyed powders of Ag-15Pd and Ag-30Pd, were placed in distilled water under a bias of 5V in order to assess the resistance to electrolytic Ag migration. It was found that the resistance increased with the Pd concentration of the thick films. Films which were made from mixed powders were more resistant when compared with those made from alloyed powders having the same compositions.
