The conductivities of various phases were measured as a function of temperature and O partial pressure. The highest total conductivity (0.0016S/cm at 950C) was found for Sr3Ti1.75Ga0.25O0.875 and Sr3Ti1.9In0.1O6.95. A pressure-independent regime existed at intermediate O partial pressures, thus indicating ionic conductivity. The ionic conductivity at 700C was about 10-5S/cm.
