The microstructures of previously deformed specimens of a high-Ni alloy, with 4 levels of initial dislocation density, were investigated before and after irradiation at 370 to 400C using 3 displacement rates. The network dislocation density, dislocation loop radius and loop number density were determined by means of X-ray line profile analysis and transmission electron microscopy. The dependence of dislocation structure parameters upon the irradiation conditions and the initial network density was found.
