A multiple-slip crystal plasticity formulation was developed which was linked to changes in the mobile and immobile dislocation densities. The predictive accuracy of this analysis, and of an associated finite-element computational method, were investigated by simulating experimental results for iso-axial incompatible Cu bicrystals. There was found to be a good agreement between the numerical and experimental results.
