It was noted that super-ionic superlattices, which provided mini-bands of relaxation, gave rise to a non-Debye type of dynamic conductivity. It was found that the frequency exponent in the expression, Re () = o + 1s, was approximately given by a non-integer exponent of a distribution which described the localization of a particle.
