Specimens which had been prepared by using 2 different methods were examined by means of transmission electron microscopy. Antiphase boundaries were observed on both the {110} and {311} planes. Quite regularly ordered partial dislocations, with a Burgers vector of b = a/6<112>, were found in both cases. The distance between the partial dislocations was 6 to 8nm.
