The concentrations of nearest-neighbor dipoles and next-nearest neighbor dipoles, and parameters related to their reorientation and mobility, were deduced from an analysis of alternating-current conductivity data on polycrystalline samples. The molar fraction of charge carriers was determined as a function of composition. Overall, the results confirmed that the ions which were responsible for long-range motion in these solid solutions were interstitials of F''' type.
