The 2-step process for preparing this material was considered. The kinetics of H-charging and the oxidation of hydrogenated samples were described. Proton migration in the bulk, and H exchange with a gaseous phase, were studied by using an isotope exchange method. The diffusivity of H at 470K was estimated to be 10-8cm2/s.
