The effect of Li and vacancy concentrations upon the Li-ion conductivity of perovskite-type La2/3-xLi3x1/3-2xTiO3 and La0.5Na0.5TiO3-La0.55Li0.350.1TiO3 solid solutions was investigated from the point of view of percolation theory. It was found that the ratio of the Li concentration to the vacancy concentration, and site percolation, were the main factors which controlled the Li-ion conductivity of such oxides.
