Profiling of the B distribution was carried out by using nuclear reaction techniques. No evidence was found for any measurable B diffusion at 285C in glow-discharge H-doped amorphous material, and only an upper limit (of less than 7 x 10-20cm2/s) upon the diffusion coefficient could be obtained.
