The formation and dark annihilation of dangling bonds which had been photo-created, at 77K and room temperature, were studied in 3 types of hydrogenated amorphous material
with differing H contents and Si-H bond structures. Upon comparing the results for the 3 types of sample, it was concluded that the easier photo-creation and annihilation of dangling bonds in samples with higher H contents was due to a greater flexibility.
